It's a great save to be fair

 

Never really been impressed with Martinelli, well not for the top top level

 

He didn’t give it for that though. He gave it for a trip. Flag didn’t go up at that point and ref didn’t blow. Waited until Saka got the ball.

 

Kind of sums Arsenal the last couple years. Just don’t have the ruthless world class forward to change games. Haarland at city, salah at Liverpool. Make a difference in the biggest games.

Good tie tho, ref has lost control of it which is the only downside.

 

I actually think the ref is doing pretty well. The saka thing was never a foul but that’s on the linesman.

Arsenal and their fans are getting frustrated as they’re being outplayed and suffocated. That’s what is making the game “tough” to referee, not the ref himself

agree but in their defence they don’t get that image immediately. A lot of stuff goes on in the background before that image is generated.
