Well recent track record says no .

I think the issue is we have seen this pattern of the season too often and next time might not be so lucky .

Doesn’t seem to matter who the players are and the managers.

The teams at the bottom have almost caught up with us.

I am very disappointed that we have not really blooded some academy players once we knew the playoffs were gone

If we do lose some of our better players in the summer we have no idea who could step up and I do blame Tom for that, I am pretty sure one of the reason for his appointment was that he would know who our better academy player were and he could see how much money could be saved in transfer fees

I Georgi goes we can survive that but if Louza and Baah are gone as well we do not have a squad with any fire power or creativity

Didn’t help there was the youth cup match and a couple have been injure but yes in the last 2 games would have been a good opportunity for them .

Some of the moaners should be forced to watch Udinese v Bologna on a loop for a few hours. After such an experience, they would claim that Watford are fantastic to watch.

Or they'd point out that the Udinese team had four ex-Hornets in it - adversely affecting performance?

A draw against an in form team was a decent result I guess given Udinese recent run of results .

[QUOTE=". It is like both clubs have decided to sort the finances while accepting mtd-table ends to the seasons.[/QUOTE]
    That would be prudent imo.

Every season we lose two or three of our up and coming players and IMO the ones who may go this season arent top drawer so the return will be less and we will be left having to build a very average team again

Hopefully some of the current under 18s are at least tied up to Pro deals which means they cannot get poached so easily .

While the U18s have done really well, the U21s have not. A gap of good young players has developed.

Scrolling through this, it's really hard to believe that we had such an awful season. We scored some absolutely cracking goals - and even Bayo started to look like a natural goalscorer...

Certainly seem to score a few decent goals but not too many recently .

The season overall hasn’t been too bad and I think most expected mid table but yes last 2 months have been very disappointing
