The absolute and sheer irony that this story broke the same day the BBC published its publicly funded year-long investigation into Reform UK candidates to expose those who hold or share far-right and racist messaging. The BBC, using the public's money for due diligence, selectively.
First they'll need to acknowledge they have a reporter in Gaza... despite the IDF no press allowed cordon ... and he's obviously not too bright ... wearing a press vest so that the IDF can more easily spot him ...
You’re deeply unwell if you’re using the BBC employing this man with our money to have another cry about Israel.
I don't know anything about that BBC guy, but there has been a reporter in Gaza, a female from CNN - as I understood it she was the only reporter to have been able to get in and went in via Eygpt, which says to me reporters can get in if they avoid doing it via the normal routes, it just puts you at more risk I'd have a guess, because you are not going to have any protection.
When I look up that guy, he's supposed to have appeared live multiple times, so there must be video footage out there of him, but I can't find none, not even on twitter, it's just the same picture regurgitated hundreds of times.
She's been dying for months after doing in her kidneys in a car crash. https://news.sky.com/story/prince-a...our-days-to-live-following-car-crash-13345161
With you on this, can't find him anywhere apart from a few Twitter posts. I'm leaning towards people on here being duped by fake news rn
BBC Arabic have used him multiple times so unless your Google search looks like this: صحفي معادٍ للسامية في بي بي سي غزة I doubt you'll find much. Although having said that, he's preaching to the converted so I don't really see the big deal here.
I can't read arabic bro, so help me out here and go and find a video of it, there must be one out of the alleged dozens he's supposedly been in.
According to the (Jewish) articles I can see about this person, the Telegraph conveniently hide the fact this supposed guy is not actually a BBC employee, he's a freelance journalist that has appeared on BBC Arabic. This seems like an utter bollocks story.
Yep, folk could have read that from the off, he's freelance. CK wants the BBC at the top of his 'nothing to see here' league though since they caught the IDF lying about attacking medics.
Dunno. I think employing this guy as a freelancer is still a pretty poor look. Admittedly he was the candidate with the kindest feelings towards Jews and would be considered a moderate at the White City office but still not ideal.
In all seriousness, it's not a good look. But they would have just syndicated his news rather than employed him, coz you know, there are no BBC journalists allowed into Gaza....
