Not for me. McLean, Lee, Dobson, Fletcher, Palmer are their core which will not cut it at the Championship level.
All depends on who's doing the spending. They've relied on old experienced heads to get them this far. You need to be more dynamic at this level to put up half a fight. I think this is where they'll finally see things catch up with them.
Wow, just put the TV on and looked at the guide ... ... I hadn't even realised it was the FA Cup semi-final. That's a shame, too much football on I suppose. I remember when I'd know every player and would choose a team to cheer on ... and go nuts if they scored
****ing hell. This year has showed how much the FA cup should still be loved. Hope Man City don’t win it, would be gutted. Still my dream to watch the lads lift this.
I know it’s the cup but they’re both premier league teams villa have a manager who won three European trophies in a row and managed psg and arsenal he also joined them when they were flat in their ass relatively, certainly not as attractive a job as they are now palace are a perennial premier league at this point, smart recruitment and have gone a got another highly rated coach look how he has palace blaming a team on the back of big Sam and hodgson right? Hodgson essentially had them playing off vibes but look at this 5321 they’ve got going and the recruitment, Richard’s, lacroix, Kamada. just insane levels of depths to the prem. Finish 17th and above in the prem and you can pretty much sign who you want, yes players will be pulled to the top 6 etc but the pull of the prem, financially and just technically is probably the highest it’s ever been
Me dad went to every game in 73 run. said the train down from Durham was just full of Sunderland fans
