We did underperform today but we are still placed 5th in the table with 2 games to go, our best place for years, I'm not going to winge about today,great season so far,so well done all, you've done us proud and let us hope for a good finish
They all were. He was at fault for the first, although their player should’ve been closed down, but the last two he didn’t have a chance with, and generally we were second best all over the pitch. It was just one of those days, had the ref given what was a nailed on penalty who knows, just take it on the chin and move on. We’re still 5th with 2 games to go.
Possibly, there are other possibilities too, we just had a bad day, the pressure of so many high tension games recently got to us collectively, the defence as a whole were poor which left Max over exposed. Those are just a few possibilities, there are many more. The fact is the whole team looked knackered physically and mentally, but it was inevitable you’d blame Max. Personally I just think we had one of those days that happen, we’re still 5th with two games to go, lighten up and enjoy the ride, as for positive posts I look forward to some, it’ll make a nice change.
To be honest if we were told before the season started we would be fifth with two games to go and in with a shout off a playoff spot we would have thought you were on the wacky baccy. Max was at fault at times. He also kept it at 0-0 with an incredible save. Max only gets called into action when every other player has messed up. He’s not a great keeper - but he’s the best we’ve got. He’s not terrible either. I agree we should have replaced Bentley.
I really cant see us getting anything at Leeds who will want to secure the title I just hope that results at the other end of the table mean that Preston don’t need a point to stay up on the final day when they come to us

We looked a little off the pace in the first half and we need to wale up otherwise this could be one of those bad days. Regrettably I had to complete my post today and the one of those showed up in force. All in all a joke and here we go again when we are finally in the hunt and we blow the match vs Luton. Thankfully Coventry and Middlesbrough play each other on the final day of the season and let's hope that whatever that result is on the day may determine whether we stick or play to get some success.
