What about Cornwall? Their folk think Cornwall is it's own country entirely, and because they speak English with their stupid accents (dryvin my tra'orr) they think it's their very own language with a few slang words thrown in.
Type into a search engine FreeHideIP and you can download IP Mask software. With that you can use a Proxy IP Server in a country of your choice. So if you live in the far East you could use an Server in the UK which will mask your usual IP address with a UK one. That should overcome any overseas issues with the BBC website. Or you could just move back to the UK!
I wish they would make these bloody things iPhone friendly. Why do the BBC have to use flash for everything.
