A combination of unreserved season tickets in some sections and the segregation used for the derby means max capacity is 21K this season.
They will have only reduced it because they were told to. It used to be reduced to 23,500 because of the unreserved seating. To lose over another 2,000 for segregation seems excessive.Certainly didn’t see that big a gap between the fans. Always seem to go over the top about things in Hull.
Bonus point for using the correct thread. (Unedited) The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Hull KR have now won at the MKM Stadium more times than Hull FC have done in the last 20 months! Since beating Wakefield Trinity on August 6th 2023, Hull FC have only won three matches at their own ground. In the same period, Hull KR have won four times in as many attempts. https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/spo...rby-fact-reiterates-10118715#comments-wrapper
Obviously apples and oranges. We're not claiming to be world leaders or competing against M62 pit villages.
The HDM and RH are the ones that make ridiculous statements saying a game in Hull is more fiercely supported and contested than the Milan. Glasgow, Liverpool, Buenos Aires derbies. They reckon there is no derby like it in the world of sport. More hyperbole than W C Fields at his finest.
I wasn’t using hyperbole. I was quoting the hyperbole of the HDM. Though some deluded fans believe it as well.
