I don’t disagree with the comments about effort etc. but for me the bottom line with Watson and it’s not just since he’s leaving, he doesn’t look championship standard yet and it’s been the same bar a couple of games all season. The annoying thing is, if he or mundle doesn’t play we have to force either Le fee or mayenda out there and I want them in their best positions. Tricky.

In fairness to Bird, didn't appeal or try and earn the pen. Got up and jogged back while his teammates embarrassed themselves.
For me Mayenda is better up front. But Mayenda and Wilson the pitch is better than Watson. I would start them both Mayenda wide left.
not saying he was sporting - just fair play to somebody for not cheating in an era where everyone cheats
I’m leaning that way too but I like Mayenda up front and don’t think Isidor has look suited to the left even though that was meant to be his position. Hopefully mundle makes a miracle recovery.
