Toon fan in peace. I see you went out the CL. Bad luck but don't be too down. You're a very young side to the CL, and you proved that you can be dangerous in the future. I think your main aim should be the PL title for now, then when you have won it, go for the CL. You're definitely the best team in the league, and should win the title. Just play a weaker team in the Europa League so your better players don't get injured or fatigued for the league. You're IMO the 3rd best side in the world but your lack of experience in the CL made it difficult for you, and you lost matches you really should have won. I hope you beat Manure to the title, good luck for the rest of your season
It's easy to step back and see where we've come from,long periods of utter ****e followed by even more ****e then see top of the league,FA cup holders and semi finalists of the carling,now last 16 of the Europa Life's not too **** atm
Thanks HMT, i was obviously disappointed to exit the CL at such an early stage but we will have another shot next season and hopefully we will have good cup runs and a shot at winning the PL to look forward to this season.
Too bad you lot got knocked out , but im sure you ll have a better crack at it next time. Would have been soooo funny if only United were out on their arses.
