I didn't see any of it but BBC Breakfast just said Chelsea were booed off by their fans last night ... ... apparently they're through to the semi-final of some European cup. Football is becoming something slightly unpleasant.
Been rumours of friction for a few weeks, Palmer posted something on social media a highlight of last season with the word “enjoyment” alongside it and fans think it’s a dig at the managers style of play. To be fair I think any PL team playing in the conference league would be favourites to win it with how expensive their squads are but with Chelsea especially their third team should be walking it.. if they miss out on CL football again I wouldn’t be surprised if they gave the manager the bullet and start the merry go round again. I did even better. Went out for a couple and was playing yahtzee in one of those micro brewery boozers. . They closed at 10 so we went over the road just as Lyon went 3-2 up on the night. Best half of extra time I've ever seen.
Between us both manager and Man U players were slated just last week. Still dont think they are very good but last night showed they are in it for each other. Unf*ckingbelievabe game of football.
Fans not happy with player rotation Maresca saying they have a game every 3 days and has to look after his players.
So, it looks like these complaints are contagious At least by booing those fans aren't accepting the mediocrity of being in a European place and the semi-final of a cup.
Luton only gained 1 less point than we have in the last 10 games. They’ve improved, slowly but surely under their new gaffer
