They’ve released countless terrorists including your hero Sinwar in the past and it’s done them no good. Palestinians haven’t so much played all their cards as burnt the casino down and demanded their stake back. They can get ****ed making any demands no matter how much western wets try and use them refusing a deal as yet another reason to fap about Netanyahu.

He's not my hero (other than in your rather warped fantasies) ... if he had lived he should have been tried for war crimes... just as Netanyahu should be... both had / have the blood of innocents on their hands ...

When you type war. Why do you keep typing it ‘war’?

It is an actual war out there. Hamas are an armed militia up against the Israeli army and both sides are literally at war.

Quite easy to say when he’s dead and you’ve gone to great lengths to excuse his actions.

The evidence is damning. Those responsible must be brought to justice. I've written the same to those I know in Israel with the connections to be of some help.

In the meantime, I look forward to more mainstream media outlets repeating the same findings in even more granular and dramatised detail.

    Keep me posted.

    It is damning

And whilst I know it irks you that this has been covered in such granular detail, I think part of the reason that has come about is because Israel flat out tried to deny it. And thus a forensic like focus was applied to uncover the exact details, in order to shed truth on the issue.

My question from this issue would also be, how many other incidents where Israel have told the media 'We were targeting Hamas operatives' are actually dubious ?

This conflict has seen Medics, Aid workers, Journalists, Doctors, Nurses, First responders, Fire Crews all targeted and dozens if not hundreds of Civilians killed in strikes that have wiped out whole neighbourhoods on the premise that 'we were targeting a known Hamas operative'

... so you think it's an ongoing war? ... makes the airstrike on a tented enclave that you've directed displaced families to even more of a crime then, I guess ...

So if Israel and Hamas weren't at war, this action would have been less of a crime?

What are you arguing here? That it's not a real war? By the definition of the word, it's absolutely a war, both Hamas and Israel seem to believe they're in a state of war.

I'm not ... just using the opportunity to highlight atrocity ...

...but, like it or not, there is a distinct difference between the war in Ukraine, where there are two modern, heavily subsidised, armies in opposition and the war in Gaza, where, as SAF points out, one opponent is an 'armed militia' ... further, Hamas is an ideology, an ideology not shared by every Gazan by any means ... yet it is ordinary Gazans rather than Hamas who are suffering the major casualty numbers ... again very different to the war in Ukraine where the vast majority of casualties are soldiers on both sides ...

... but if you want to preach your 'all wars are thr same' mantra - feel free...

Civilians tend to die in war which is unfortunate. When some Druze kids get hit by a Hezbollah rocket or Iran lob a few hundred missiles or a supposedly non-Hamas Arab blows up a bus then it’s not trendy enough to make a fuss but take out a militia with an extraordinarily good civilian ratio in the circumstances and you risk the wrath of the wettest people imaginable.

It should be remembered though with Russia & Ukraine, a lot of the soldiers don't want to fight, and this is why I have a problem with the WAR, they are getting put on the frontline because of two men, Putin and Zelenskyy, now whether Putin is a madman or not, Zelenskyy has chosen to take up the fight against a mightier power - so for me it's very much like Israel and Hamas, one is the mightier power, the other has chosen to fight a war they cannot win.

In my eyes when I see Zelenskyy take on Putin, I just see senseless deaths of civilians and soldiers, all because one side is bad and the other side is supposedly good, this is how we put events into little boxes. Yet if you had just allowed Putin's men to walk straight in, no one would needed to have died, but a choice was made. Israel and Hamas is exactly the same, Hamas started the fight, Hamas continue the fight, but in this case, Israel are supposedly the baddies, you couldn't make this **** up sometimes. The only difference between Israel and Ukraine is the former is capable of hitting back harder, so like I say against Russia, if you continue the fight you are going to get hurt....and in Russia's case likely to drag a lot more people into it. My advice would be for Ukraine and Hamas to concede, but people would not be happy with that outcome, so people continue to die. And whether it's some little old Ukranian lady getting blitzed in her tiny cottage, or some medics walking into a bunch of IDF lunatics, that's war, **** your rules of engagement, no one cared about that little old lady in Ukraine or cried over her. It's not right, but it's ****ing reality if you tread this path.

Can't disagree... disputes over territory, sovereignty etc would be much better resolved through negotiations - preferably under the auspices of an independent arbitrating body - the problem with that is that power politics and egos aren't particularly willing...

In terms of Ukraine and Russia those negotiations could have focused on areas where the majority of people are / were both Russian speaking and felt alienated by the boundaries drawn up during the break-up of the USSR ...

In terms of Israel and Palestine (Palestinian territories) the focus has to be on safe, sovereign, homelands for both peoples ...

There was a convo about the Hezbollah attack but Fosse openly declared it weren't true iirc

Then when proven it was true said that it's not as bad as what Israel does so fair game

I ask myself what has Zelenskyy actually achieved for all these deaths. It looks as though he may have to concede land already taken, and the land that isn't taken, he will have to give the minerals and other elements to America. And at the end of it he still hasn't secured the future freedom of Ukraine, the land map has merely changed. My concern now is they are not even going to get a ceasefire, and we might not be able to rely on America to aid us, depends how much Trump wants those minerals I suppose. Europe seems to be constantly gaining more enemies than friends. Zelenskky like Hamas now are not in a position to negotiate what they can have, they will now get what they are given for their troubles.
