    And why is that Enzo?
We are sitting here with a £2 billion squad, one of the most expensive ever assembled, and we are struggling to stay in the top 5!
I know it aint all his fault, the owners are picking the players, but so far Maresca aint shown me **** to make me "trust him". He barely got Leicester over the line in the championship when their squad was twice the price of everyone elses.
Pochettino showed us how good this squad can be at the back end of last season, a patch of form we were still riding at the start of this season.
If it werent for the purple patch we had in the first 10 games of the season, left over from last seasons momentum, we'd be sitting where Bournemouth and Fulham are right now.
I think I actually HATE this manager.....and other than Rafa, I dont think I have ever hated a chelsea manager before.
He better hope we in the Europa Conference, because Boooooy if we don't woooooo, there will be ****ing hell to pay, but even that wont be enough for me if we finish outside the top 5, which is looking increasingly likely.
I can live with City and Newcastle being above us, they have also spent, and have shown their mettle.
But Forest? and Villa on the same points as us?

I wouldn't trust him to find his way home in the dark. He is a total ,absolute garbage Manager. He can't get a billion quids worth of players to even look like a Team, doesn't know a full back from a midfielder, has not a clue on how to select his best 11,and is unaware his "style" is an outdated ,discredited form of football, because it doesn't work anymore against even REALLY bad opponents. He and his lousy "Maresca Crab ball " should be gone before our next game, Reece James' dad could do a better job till seasons end. Maybe the "Football Directors" could drive the cab and carry his bags ?
Seriously, Chelsea is rotting away, and like a fish, rotting from the head down.

Have you seen our remaining fixtures?
We go against a resurgent Everton, then the champions elect, then Newcastle, then Man United, then Forest away.
Considering we havent won away from home since 8th December and both Palmer and Jackson are about 15 appearances each without a goal, where is your confidence coming from?
When we struggle to draw against Ipswich at home, I cant see us getting much from these games unless the squad pulls their fingers outta their ass!

We could if the Players ignored Maresca and played to their strengths. They were doing so and obviously enjoying it, before Maresca stifled all the pace, fun and flair out of their game and substituted his Crab Ball style.
I can't see more than one win in them until seasons end, hope I'm wrong.
Maresca would truly be a genius if he gets us winning without changing his whole approach. As he says himself , he has nothing else, just more of what we see.
If he fails to get his "sideways, backwards, any way but forwards 'Team' " over the line against Fulham,
only the gross stupidity of the Owners can save him. But they would then further destroy what they have left of Chelsea.

Another weak ass performance where we have all the possession and do **** all with it.
Our asses were saved by two ultra late goals which gives us a glimmer of top 5 hope.
Still dont see it happening now. We needed to beat Ipswich and Brentford.
Unless we copy last season and have an awesome last 5 games of the season, I cannot see this ending well.

Hard to knock 3 points but a poor sluggish performance again. Tyrique George HAS to play more, just his pace and energy is better than Neto , though Netos' goal was one for the times. Why oh why can Maresca not see that his way is hopeless, that only when we use our pace do we look half decent. Overlapping full backs used to see our wingers running at pace onto through balls and Palmer was left with space to ghost in and score. That's all gone. Now the wingers are facing backwards waiting on the ball and surrounded by 3 defenders, so up in the air it goes towards goal but to no one, or else the opposite Goalkeeper. And it's repeated all game.
We don't deserve CL next season, Maresca needs to go, but who in their right mind would want the job??
ps. Time to drop Palmer, he is so out of sorts he must be looking for a cliff to jump off. Marescas' Crab Ball has ruined his involvement and he now faces a wall of defenders blocking goal who have had 10 minutes to get in place while our back 4 play 'I can pass sideways better than you can.'

There are quite a number of Managers who could do the job really well, but would they want it?? I don't think so .More than one said " not for me " before they settled on the hapless Maresca. The "Sporting Directors" seem rusted on to Clearlake and their " Project ". It is clear that Maresca fits their plans and does what he's told. No decent Manager would accept a bar of that, so we are already behind the 8 ball to attract anyone half decent, let alone anyone great. MAKE CHELSEA GREAT AGAIN is going the same way as the country with a similar slogan, chaos and destruction. And for the same reason, run by people who care only about money..
