Would we even be able to recall him from his loan if we wanted too? I thought they payed a fee or something. So they could just say no? Or we'd have to pay them off.
Yes, I've said on the other thread that Al-Ain paid £6 million for a full season's loan, so any playing for MON will probably have to wait until summer. We might be able to pay a proportion back and get Gyan here sooner, but I think Al-Ain will prefer the full season - football isn't taking off out there and crowds are low. Show a couple of Ghana games and tell the public 'the star man is playing in your town next w.e.' and it might work in UAE to some extent as it did in the U.S.A. when they imported Pele, Maradona, Uncle Tom Cobley and all. I don't know exactly what clauses the contract contains. the interesting thing about MON's 'Gyan' statement the other day is it told us who sanctioned the loan from under Bruce's nose. For the details, MON said he would have to consult "Niall".
you dont understand what I mean by "Wow"....and I havent the heart nor the energy to tell you hahahahaha!
well Bendtner has a 'knock' so we could be in trouble on sunday, Frazer cambell is weeks away from being fit, so we need strikers now, but Gyan would not make here in time for sunday and how will he cope with our weather?.
