I always go for the low carb when I diet , but prefer the marg to the butter so not affected :) This diet lets you eat meat cheese and drink red wine<ok> No bread or potatoes or hi carb veggies<laugh>

You can tell its a slow day when you actually enjoy receiving a stupid customer complaint, just so you've got something to pad the afternoon out with. So thank you Mr ***** for your ridiculous complaint that the self inflicted scratches on your glass table are dangerous in addition to being unsightly. Sorry but our warranty details do not include idiot damage!!!

Oh we had someone like that recently. She called up Next (the clothes store) and complained that we had delivered a parcel through her letter box and she was not happy. She wants us to make sure we get HER! (not even a neighbor's) signature every time. She then proceeded to inform them that she is only in after 18:00! So she expects us to make a special trip. As you might imagine we had a few choice words for her!

They were BB and their lead singer is in a show in the West End - I saw an advert going up the escalator on the tube last week. I did happen to also notice the very welcom return of a lingerie advert as well....just like the old days

I'm guessing that with how the wind is the fast boat has been cancelled - the slow overnight boat to Pompey shouldn't be as about the only things that would stop that is a hurricane or tidal wave or, and this is more likely, two engines failing.

Last night, I passed a pipe band on my way home from work - my first thought was that they were a week late. Then I realised that they are part of La Fête dé Noué.

It's now official, it's the end of the world - Surrey Utd have not made it into the Champions League knock out stage. Well it is according to 5 Live anyway....poor dears will now have to play on a Sunday..that drive up from Guildford will be hell
