As no-one has posted yet I'll have another try 15.03 Newbury Queen Of Thieves 9/4 (Sister to Cracksman)
Dan Skelton wins the day's most valuable race at Ayr with nearly 26 grand going to his winner. The Mullins onslaught starts tomorrow at Ayr and continues at Cheltrenham next Wednesday.
OK, then I'll have a bash too! 18:38 Huntingdon - Micro Millions Class-5 Novices' Handicap Chase over an extended 2m7f on good ground. Milan gelding has a squeak in this on a track that may well suit him. Sam Twiston-Davies rides for the Sheila Lewis stable. 4/1 (Wm.Hill/BetWay) best price on the ATR site, at time of writing.
What a surprise. And I was going to put up Gethin but changed my mind. Just about sums up my uselessness
Micro Millions hopeless, Really must practice what I preached and take a break, but I doubt if I'll do it!
That’s an unknown for a few but he’s a classy handicapper and ran ok ish in the GN in 2023. Mistake late on cost him a better finish. If he’s going to get it then tomorrow is the day on flat track/good ground.
Didnt see the race as away on hols but I see Our Power finished 3rd at 33/1. A nice place but seemingly no match for the Mullins juggernaut.
Will do. Mullins/Skelton looks like giving the final 2 weeks of the season a bit of interest . Skelton must be spitting. Grafts all season 160 + winners. Mullins wasnt on the first few pages of the leaderboard before Cheltenham pops up at the Spring festivals and blows him out of the water with just 30 odd winners.
Amazing isn't it. If State Man had got over the final hurdle at Cheltenham it would be all over already.
