I'll preface this with; i haven't seen the game. Ive been busy with the children.

Its been a weird old season, some of the best performances I have seen from us have come this season, mainly Sheff Wed at home. We haven't hit those dizzy heights for a long time now.

We are lethargic, it would be naive to blame fatigue. But I do think some of our injury issues haven't helped some of the performances of players like Neil, Jobe Cirkin, Mepham at times this season.

We were poor vs West Brom and for 45 mins against Norwich at least. We got 4 good points in those games, but surely with the pressure supposedly being off for these couple of games, with even Harrison Jones starting his 1st league game, we could play with some sort of freedom. My friend is a bit of a moaner but hes usually spot on with his assessments and he said we were woeful today again.

We need to be careful of going into these play offs too scared to play our game or being an offensive unit capable of starting well. Its very worrying.

With that said, having reads this forum, I think there's been some extreme comments on both sides, abuse towards Reg and then people abusing other posters who they disagree with. Im not the messiah on these takes but it just frustrates me to read it. I think the abuse of Le Bris is a case of people taking their emotions out into their words and looking for a bit of reaction.

Hes definitely warranting questions, or else we look like boot lickers, similarly we have definitely overachieved the early season expectations but I think come Xmas our hopes and expectations changed, since then weve dropped off a bit and obviously missed out on lots of points we expected to grab and/or shouldve grabbed.

The lack of a press, the slow attacks, the fear. The subs, the weird team choices. Its ****.

I could probably say a lot more but I've the memory of a goldfish.

Poor today, I can see what he’s trying to do by getting minutes into the fringe players and resting our big guns. I expect more of the same over next few games as well which could get some of the idiots on his back. I fully expect us to be almost full strength for the playoffs with a purring Le-Fee pulling the strings. I am worried about our strikers drought though, we have to start scoring again and quickly

4 useless/friendlies games to play although losing to B City a must next Friday to hopefully stop Coventry getting 5th place, we need that fight that Swansea showed today and we have never done that since the 4th game of the season so what has happened ? rubbish at corners and free kicks too slow getting the ball forward, and with 10 mins to go they start getting forward, 4 on the trot now we have lost to Swansea at home, they never give us an inch and not one mistake we need to play like them in the play offs

Well done - you kept watching for the last 20 minutes

People get very emotional over a game of football and are incapable of looking at things rationally.

Sheff Utd fans will be saying they've blown it.

Coventry fans saw their team peak 6 weeks ago and now their form is ok.

West Brom collapsed but then won again today and have a chance of the playoffs.

Boro were so bad that some said Carrick was going to get sacked. Then they were the "form team" and now they've blown it again.

Millwall are the new form team winning their last 3, but the game before that we beat them comfortably.

Bristol City are the only team in with a chance of the playoffs who I would say are in consistent, decent form. Even then, that consistent form is 3 wins from their last 7 without a clean sheet and having won all of those 3 by single goals.

No I wasn’t there but watched the game but these final games are literally preparation for the playoffs basically like an end of season pre season. Fair enough you choose to be disappointed but I’m choosing to look at the bigger picture

Mate we cant go into the playoffs playing at this level. I get what your saying but we need to be going into them with our tails up and on a high.

True but our form is certainly a worry foing into the playoffs

on the whole we havnt played well in a while. Look a totally different team from the start of the season, as if we are playing under a different manager

its weird tbh

I don't want to single him out but hear me out

Le Fee came on for me and visibly looked a cut above, impacted the game with some really silky moves.

Whereas Neil, who won't sign a deal because he's destined for a prem move, allegedly, just doesn't stand out enough for me to warrant the hype.

I get le Fee is flashier therefore catches the eye and whilst I think Dans a good player I think hes massively over rated, he should be visibly standing out.

Neil have now had 2 months worth of performances that are poor. Sheffield aside. I definitely feel he has checked out

I don't disagree, but form can change very quickly. Ruling us out is an emotional reaction.

I think that's a fair and balanced take. Our longer term form over the last 10 games is midtable form (12th best in the league). But it's also only 3 points short of playoff form. We're not that far away from the teams around us (on results, our form needs to improve). The overreaction is due to the unsustainable pace we started the season with and the drop off from there.

I agree it would be better to be going into the playoffs in form and there’s enough games left to achieve that. Much like preseason performances tend to improve towards the end and stronger line ups begin to take shape. Look, if we play like the last couple of games in the playoffs I would be just as disappointed and critical as you are today but i certainly wouldn’t be playing strongest line up now in case of any injuries. Important few weeks coming up

I am trying to be rational in that I understand the logic of rotation. But these flat performances are beginning to be s worry. We just don't seem to be able to get on the front foot until late in a game

Yes they shouldn't have had the free kick but they probably should have had a penalty.

The subs were not too bad if we are looking for positives
