PNP The Nation of Islam aren't "Muslims". They call themselves Muslims, that is true, but they are not. Same with the Ismailies (sp?). If you look at the history of Nation of Islam you will see what happened to it. The current NOI is an off shoot of the original as the last leader of the original brought it into the fold of "Mainstream" Islam. After doing so, he dropped the name NOI, which was then picked up by Louis Farroukan(sp?) and thats where we have the current NOI. NOI are more similar to Scientology than "mainstream" or real Islam. In this point you are agruing Black is White because some people call Black, White.
Fan, Jew as a race and Judaism as a religion may be connected but people of jewish "background' may not follow the religion of their people. So you can get someone who is ethnically a Jew but not follow the Jewish religion. So, yes, it is possible to get Muslim Jews and Christian Jews. As I said, their religion (or non-religion) is their belief but they are ethically a Jew.
So I was right, then. Being right makes me thick, does it? That makes a lot of sense... I meant which version of Islam claims that there have been prophets since Mohammed. Are you sure about the Nation of Islam believing that Elijah Mohammed was a prophet? I thought that they believed that their founder, Wallace Fard Mohammed, was the Mahdi? I'd point some out, but you wouldn't accept them. Feel free to Google 'Contradictions in the Quran' or in Islam, though. No, it isn't, unless you want to discuss your religion of not believing in unicorns. Neither of those apply to the two branches of Islam that you believe to be non-Islamic. This has been proven wrong time and again. Give it up. How is it an attack, then? I've mentioned something that's intrinsic to your faith. How is that attacking it? Who judges either of these claims? If I were to produce a verse, for example, then who would make the comparison?
Never heard of the other song "I believe in Djinns"
suppose you could find a song with satan/devil in the lyrics, seeing as he is the most famous of djinns
What the **** are you on about Fan? Fairy stories man, aimed at scaring young children and peasants that can`t read
Nah, I thought he was ok. Despite my atheism, I love the religious horror/thriller movie genre. Dev's Adv, End of Days, Amityville Horror, Omen, Exorcist, Paranormal Activity etc.
Its 'special' provision though IMO As far as race is concerned you get arab jews and germanic jews. These are different races if you apply the normal rules A black Jew is black in race and jew in religion As for what I was saying, its basically based on a discussion on Israel and almost 40% of its population not believing in god. Yet the notion of Israel is based on god giving the land to the Jews. Also look at the somalian (i think jews) who have their own version of what they believe, they are not seen as jews by a lot of orthodox Jews yet when it came to Israel it was all good. Having said that the way black Jews are treated in Israel, based on their race, is ridicilous
he was good in street kings and that was about it, it suited his style no emotions etc not a fan of his with me i like what i like, omen was a film that truly scared me when i first saw it. basically because i had more knowledge of christianity than islam etc and there are certain things that made it look 'real'. for example the rivers of turmoil quote linking to politics if you like things like the exorcist, look up some of the stuff that goes on in bangladesh/pakistan/india to do with exorcism/djinn, its scary ****
We've already established that English isn't your first language. You don't need to keep providing evidence for that fact. My English is fine. Your comprehension of English appears to be lacking. I've never seen you mention that you're not British-born before this thread. Where are you actually from? Not avoiding the question at all, which is irrelevant as you haven't established the situation correctly. Isn't Jesus supposed to return to the Earth, according to Islam? Who's the fella that you refer to? It could be him. Are you sure about this? I've only been able to find claims of this from other Muslims. From what I can find, Elijah Mohammed only claimed to be a messenger. You won't accept any contradictions, so what's the point in me posting them? I will say what it says and you will say, "but it really means something completely different!" and accuse me of being ignorant. You're trying to tell me what I believe, again. If I insist that you're really a Sikh, will you believe me? That statement applies equally to the two branches of Islam, too. Why is fear of a mortal punishment going to scare believers in the other case, either? Entertained by acting pathetically? Sounds about right. I brought it up because you said this: "I have yet to hear an athiest present something that isnt ridiculous in relation to existence" Belief in the existence of genies is pretty ridiculous, so I was pointing out that you weren't in a very strong position to judge. Googling 'Quran Challenge' or 'Criteria for Quran Challenge' only reveals the claims that it can't be matched and discussions of those claims. Where is this criteria, then? Who judges if it's been met? Link, please.
