My last post was a reply to this post. I mean no harm but HBIC seems to be policing what we can and can’t post. If I’ve posted anything irrelevant then I could understand but it’s Spurs manager and transfer news.
It isn't, though: the post with the Calvert-Lewin rumour was posted on page 2127 of this thread, and the responses carry through to page 2129 And as I have laid out, the source of that made up rumour (plus the Sarr and Mickey Van quotes posted since) are all from the same feed, which posts nothing but rage bait to get low-hanging engagement to rake in some cheap and dirty ad revenue
W M --------O 4chan coys : Somebody ITK has said Spurs are signing Doue from PSG in the summer. From their avatar + IP address, we were able to determine info on their location and they are an ISIS operative, which we passed on to the US military.
You joke, but earlier this afternoon SpursWeb posted an article about how we didn't sign Doue last summer The rest of the article soon devolves into the usual drinking game that any SpursWeb article which isn't a transfer rumour becomes...
That's my view, if it is rage bait then posting it is in itself provocative. What ever it is I am asking you to desist because it is clearly winding people up. Right now we are not a happy lot because of results this season so the last thing we need is further provocation. I accept there was no intention, so let's leave it at that and move on please.
David Ornstein says we've met with the representatives of Dean Huijsen As have Liverpool And Arsenal And Chelsea And Newcastle Something tells me that we're going to get priced out of that one. Just a hunch...
Don’t want him anyway. Danso and VDV are so much better. He had on one mom performance against us. He’s welcome to come sit on our bench.
Had a little time on my hands and thought I'd clean up here in case Arsenal win the champions league..
Christian Falk says we are unlikely to take up the €60m option to make Tel's loan permanent Not clear if this is straight sending him back, or the opening exchange on us offering €40m and a bunch of add-ons instead
He could well go onto to be a great player but he’s not what Spurs need right now or the immediate future. If Ange really wanted him then I’m unsure why he hasn’t played more.
The main problem at the moment is Tel plays in the exact positions where opponents have been creating chokepoints for months, so any quality is stifled by defenders packing the centre and waiting for us to tire ourselves out TBH the only players we could have signed in January whose quality would be apparent from the off would be in midfield, because drop a new DM or deep playmaker in there and things would immediately look different
