He didn't mention Los Ladrones once

The Spurs Watch claimed he was talking about interest from them specifically

    Not surprised.

He hasn't had a good season after an excellent debut one, but then again no one has.

We will find it extremely difficult to keep hold of players this summer. I anticipate a lot of interest in Destiny, Spence, Kulusevski and possibly Porro too.

Looks like we have a Narrative for the summer, given I've seen claims that Paratici wants to take Udogie to Milan with him

That would be the Paratici who the Italian press are currently suggesting is banned from working in Italy

Tbh there’s not many players I’d be that gutted about seeing sold this summer.

Even the ones I rate like Van de Ven, I’d sell if the money was right because of his injury issues.

Players agents are seemingly touting their players for transfers too

    Does anyone blame them?

We are on course to be a footballing irrelevance, for some time, under the current regime.

Good players and their agents aren't sticking around to see how bad it gets. I don't really want to find out and I love the club.

Maybe but makes me laugh when the players try to absolve themselves of any blame. They’ve played their part in the chaos.

Definitely nothing to do with The Spurs Watch only peddling rage bait knowing there's enough people clueless to fall for it

For future reference, posting anything from them is the equivalent of posting something from GorillaBelch News to the Politics Thread

    Clueless? That’s a personal attack.

Who are you to tell us what is and isn’t allowed to be posted btw?

Let's look at the replies to the tweet, shall we?
"Every player we have will play for Real Madrid apparently, surely we’re top of the league"
"Our players egos are too high for the performances they are giving atm"
"What talent? Tearing his hamstring after each sprint"

All clueless enough to not only be taken in by the tweet, but clueless enough to give it the engagement the obvious rage bait was designed to get

In the last couple of days I have established that The Spurs Watch have outright made up transfer rumours and blatantly misquoted what our players are saying in interviews all to get engagement from people determined to make themselves miserable, so there is zero reason for anyone to quote anything that they are saying other than Hotspur Related showing prospective employees what not to do - for example, posting a source, which they have not done with that alleged quote from Mickey Van's agent

    They're bottom feeders

If you see something you don’t like then why not just scroll past it? You can’t police the site.

Probably something to do with two pages of responses to you posting a patently made up transfer rumour from the same source a couple of days ago

Bit difficult to scroll past that

I am just asking both of you to not get involved in bad feeling. I don't think any harm is meant by either of you.

It’s not though, just ignore it if you don’t like it.

It’s chat relevant to Spurs and that’s what we are here isn’t it?

I mean no harm but HBIC seems to be policing what we can and can’t post. If I’ve posted anything irrelevant then I could understand but it’s Spurs manager and transfer news.

OK King your point is taken, as you can see I have asked HBIC to move on.
