Have you ever waded through treacle? You’re the only person here I imagine might have at some sort of obscure village festival. The annual treacle race followed by the celebratory burning of a Frenchman.

Every day talking to Flossy on here

3-0 down to Barca in the first leg then won 4-0 at Anfield. Spurs had a crazy scoreline against Ajax and won then lost in the final to us.

We lost the first leg 1-0 at home

went 2 down going into HT of the 2nd leg

scored an injury time winner to complete a Lucas Moura hat trick comeback and win the tie 2-3

bold bit of your post was unnecessary data to answer Brb’s question tbh brh

I was sitting in A&E with a broken elbow that night. I’d put £20 on Ajax to win the CL at 16/1 just after the group stages. My phone battery died just before the end of normal time, but I could hear another guy’s phone from the other side of the hospital waiting room. This was the Whittington Hospital, near the Arsenal, so when I heard this bloke yell with delight, I didn’t know if he was a Gooner happy at Spurs losing, or someone from North London’s dark side. Should have guessed. **** Tottenham imo.

Didnt get my elbow seen too till 1.00am.

They'll get thumped in Madrid.

Lot of pressure on Madrid to attack from the off. If it was 2-0 I’d agree but three feels a stretch. Can’t really go all guns blazing against Saka and Martinelli unless Arteta goes full Man City away and has them all lined up on the goal line.

It will be fantastic.

I don't know why other sides have such an Issue with Arsenal. They're easily beaten.

Oxford are 6/4 tonight having just beat Sheffield United. We have no fit strikers, loads of other injuries and most of the team are just waiting for their contracts to expire. I’d be lobbing them in any acca.

Hard to make out as he’s slightly sitting on the fence but I don’t think Matic rates Andre Onana

Onana's only been there 2 years and already won more than Matic did in 5 years there <laugh>

Actually as soon as Matic ****ed off they starting winning things again.

They've got Ben Nelson from us on loan ... young centre-half who will (should) be in our first team next season ... da yoof!

Matic clearly never heard of Taibi, Carroll, Bosnich, Leighton...............

I expect Onana has something to prove after this, so cheers Nemanja.
