6 years ago today we beat City 1-0 in the CL QF with a pivot of Winks-Sissoko and Kane going off injured halfway through the game. We have gone backwards at a rate of knots since.

Hate to be a dampener, but... The original source of this is sportBILD. Sounds promising, right? After all, Bild said we met with Glasner when Conte had flounced off on vacation a couple of years ago Well here's the two issues i.) sportsBILD is not Bild, it's basically the German FourFourTwo (so VierVierZwei...?) instead of a newspaper ii.) The story isn't even about us, it's linking Glaser with the Monster Energy Dusseldorf job and offhandedly mentions us in regards to how we could offer a higher salary if we were interested, which can be chalked up to either his agent pressuring the Taurine Empire or the sportsBILGE writers pepping up a relatively short piece by trying to add some kind of intrigue
Bobby already admitted he voted. I think Bodinki and Solid may have also said they did albeit not 100% certain on that. You’d imagine Munse has, possibly Sucky and maybe Luke too.
Glasner was an outsider the summer we appointed Ange so it’s possible he’s further pushed himself up the pecking order based on his time at Palace. I wouldn’t be disappointed with him at all.

Glasner would be another Nuno, in my opinion. Both decent managers but they aren't suited to the club or the squad. Back 3/5, counter-attacking football and high aggression.
