I’m not looking to argue or get into it with anyone. Just posting financial stats for anyone that might have missed them.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cy5ry5x9xz0o RIP 'Iceman' - Though if I could one pick one of his roles it would be his Doc Holliday in Tombstone
I've meant to mention this for ages and finally remembered to. Does anyone agree with me that footie pundits need to look up the definition of (dis)respect? Because generally when they say something like "I don't mean any disrespect to [.....]", they are often saying something that is disrespectful. So they might say "I don't mean any disrespect to Bournemouth, but I think they should [sell their best player or something like that] to Liverpool." And by saying they don't mean disrespect, does that cover what they are saying?
It’s like when someone says - I’m not being racist/sexist/homophobic and then instantly says something racist/sexist/homophobic
Very low turn out. A few hundred at most. I sat on the train from Liverpool St opposite someone wearing one of the scarves. She was spouting so much incorrect information it wasn't surprising she supported the Change movement.
And they're going to be sleeping on the sofa until they buy some new bedding to replace the bedding they ruined making their ****ty little banner I kid, of course No way are any of them married
What do they actually want any new owners to do though? There are very few who could afford to buy the club and pay off the loans plus invest £500m which is what is needed to make a difference.
That. I don't see it being a realistic option, either. Anyone that did it would probably be the next best thing to Satan, too.
This is the issue: you ask these dickheads what they want, and they immediately start stammering All they have to offer is one negative after another, be it ranting about concerts at our stadium which betrays economic illiteracy or moaning about Koreans visiting for one game which definitely doesn't come across as a wee bit racist It's best summed up by them wanting Lange out the door because Fabrizio Romano doesn't post constant updates on our transfer activity like he did under Paratici, as if that's somehow a bad thing that the club doesn't cater to their entitled sense of immediate gratification
