Our free kick "wasn't even in the corner of the goal"

The 2 lads on the pod are apparently better goalkeepers than the WBA keeper :emoticon-0140-rofl:

All he had to do was take 2 steps to his left and catch the ball.

I'd imagine they have an excuse for every game they've lost this season and none of them are "WBA didn't play well enough"

Hoping we can rely on both Aleksic and Watson wide left.

Makes me wish wed got a point vs Leeds and beat Burnley even more now.

Showing my age here, many years ago Alex Stepney was early season leading scorer for Man U because he was penalty taker.

I like the idea posted earlier about Hume being a good penalty taker. I always think your striker should take them, or a winger, but ours seem not that composed. There have been some decent full backs on pennos down the years.

Why were people just stood there filming when I was clearly in bother ...

Didn't hear Tommy Watson get any stick whatsoever yesterday ...

... although the 'He's one of our own', for Dan Neil, seemed to coincide with Watson warming up.

They can cry as much as they want. The fact is, our defence kept them out and restricted them to a couple of efforts on target. Their defence was penetrated and they lost the game. Simples!
