that's ****ing tragic, against an aus team missing their best 3 bowlers. More bazball bullshit I'm afraid, and these lads simply never get any criticism

No such thing as a weak Australian side but looks like England were the architects of their own downfall again. An Australian from Leeds (is there a worse combination?) With the decisive innings to add insult to injury.

There will be no accountability so no point getting too upset about it. If the powers that be are happy for it to be "entertainment" and nothing else, there's no point getting to invested in it.

duckett's165 is the new record individual score in this competition, beating two tying scores of 145.

england's 351 was the highest team score in the competition for a couple of hours. not much use if it can't be defended.

harry brook is having a disappointing time.

1 wicket in the next 3 or 4 overs and we'll be in trouble.

Eng need 58 off 6 overs, 4 wickets left, Root batting but struggling with cramp. He's just hit a six. Touch and go.

We are a joke at the moment, the only reaction to this early exit will be Buttler losing the captaincy, key and McCullum will carry on regardless

Difficult to choose which I dislike the most currently. The current England cricket team or the current incarnation of Hull City

You could see Buttler has had enough sat watching the death throws of that game, currently bowling and batting isn't good enough, no matter who captains them

No accountability whatsoever outside of the players, only one single person getting a kicking for this and that's Buttler.

Start of the county championship today.....Yorks going with Ben Coad at 9....that's a hell of a tail....but a middle order including Malan and Barstow should be one to fear!
