If a pizza costs £15 & the cost of wages N.I, energy , council tax, materials etc etc goes up because of Government intervention & interest rates. That pizza will cost nearer £20 & the business may just fail . Everyone wants more pay of course but that should be negotiated between the employer & employees . The Government increasing minimum wage doesn't just make everyone better off at the expense of the bourgeoisie business owner. 6th form economics played out in reality is financial suicide
