Well again it comes down to what you value, this time from a victims perspective. Are they happy to take a pay off and go about their lives or do they want their “day in court” type moment.

Celtic taking accountability would be a positive, if it was 20-30 years ago and they hadn’t denied and dragged everything on all these years. At this stage its more a case of they just want it dealt with and put behind them, damage limitation.
