That's almost certainly provable by taking each team as their ranking league position at the time of the draw and finding an average. You could also work out home/away draws etc. It would be mind-numbing and pointless but the fact I've never seen it actually shown like such makes me wonder if it's true as there's surely thousands of Liverpool fans who've run the numbers.
