It seems RLB has his favorites and seemingly nothing will deter him, if he gets us what we want all well and good whether we agree or not.
He will live or die by his choice.

West Brom fans aren’t keen on Mowbray from what I’ve seen, all over the place apparently great chance to put it on them and secure play offs next week

Perhaps it's a sign of how far we have progressed as a club that we can afford to have a £3M player sitting on the bench.
Perhaps he just needs time to learn the language and adjust to what is required in Championship football.
We dont know how Aleksic is performing in training nor how he has settled into the UK.
Given how Mayenda improved/ has stepped up in this season perhaps we might see a similar situation with Aleksic next season.
It's RLB's job to select a team capable of winning a match and perhaps he doesn't feel the need to force the pace on Aleksic, but none of us know.
I'm prepared to give the club the benefit of the doubt on this one and accept that they are doing what they feel is the right thing for the player.

So what is it “we” want? Before a ball kicked, if we were fighting for 6th now we’d probably all have been delighted. But there’s so much negativity around and we’re comfortably 4th. And will almost certainly finish there.

I won’t call the manager for not picking players, as he sees them in training every day. He knows the players a lot better than I (or anyone else on here) do

We are all just discussing the use of subs. That's it really. If we just trust the manager 100% and don't discuss our thoughts, the the forum is pointless.

Just seen that Mepo block at the end there. Great block. I just left a minute before that, poor jacket choice for the weather!

Yeah, that's fair enough fella. Would just like to see him get 10 mins from time to time, to gradually ease him in. The blanket refusal to get him on the pitch, even for a minute, is just odd.

I massively undershot my jacket wear. Left around 89 mins, was frozen through. Power walked into a warm boozer.

Definitely wasn't ideal prep having to wait ages for the ball to stay still, then not being certain it wasn't going to roll away at the last second. You need to be confident when taking a pen and conditions were bad for that.

I would quite like to see what he can do as well, unfortunately we've had lots of tight games and not too many opportunities to just throw a player in and see what he can do. The arrival of ELF has also had an impact as clearly RLB wanted to get him quickly integrated into the team but even then RLB was reluctant to break up what he sees currently as our best midfield 3 of Neil, Jobe and Rigg.
I think that , as in all things, it will become clear with time.
It's an interesting discussion point but in reality little more than that. At least that's what I think at this point.

To be honest that team should’ve walked the league.

Look at the players we had compared to who Wrexham or Birmingham have now and how many have played in the PL or may do in the future.

Neil managed to scrape through, thanks but it was only to be expected.

The keeper also dived before the kick was taken

I watched WBA against Leeds a few weeks back and thought they were the better team. Hopefully Tony still luvs us enough to roll over on this one <laugh>.

Yeah i know im just saying it wasn't a make shift defence though at all. Browne done a pretty decent job at RB and Hume is equally as good on the Left as he is the right. We're blessed to have him.

That’s annoying, trying to play this video takes you to the Millwall site. Click on the tweet rather than the video and it takes you to twitter to watch the clip

Agreed. Especially about Browne. That fact that nobody is talking about him says a lot about his performance imo

Browne was good. I’m pleased for him, hasn’t been easy for him here with injuries and the form of players in his natural position
