LEEDS
As Leeds united stand on the cusp of getting promotion to the premier league, 8 games left win all of then and Leeds utd are promoted , but personally I think 16 points out of 24 total points will give Leeds promotion , a plan B is needed by Farke which we did not have last season , but just bringing players on at 70 min is not enough , bring them on at half time is my thought along with kick and rush as we did the last time we won 2nd division in 1990 - 1991 , put pressure on the opposition goalkeeper that's the key.
What's your thoughts on the last 8 games ? And plan B ?

We are top of the league we dont need a plam B as of yet. changing things now with 8 games to go could be suicidal. Carry on as we are things dont need changing we are in pole position.

Tough one. We can continue to think we’re fine as in top spot. Danger is we’d drop out of
Top two with three or four games left and
No time to recover

You need to have the players for a plan B. Ours are largely similar, we’ll swap Solomon for Ramazani, James for Gnonto etc. we don’t really have a big centre forward to lump balls into the penalty area for example.

How many points you think we need to get promoted ? We always need a plan B especially after last season

True , but what about the bring subs on at the 70 min rule that farke almost always sticks to , has it worked in all the matches we played ? And should gnonto be given more playing time ?

It's a plan B during a match that we need when things are going tits up, Farke doesn't seem to have one.
That's my thoughts exactly the only plan I seen him do is bring several subs on at 70 mins , this will not work in every game , luckily there is the burnley v Sheff utd game to come this could turn our to be a crucial game and possibly turn things in Leeds favour.

What about Bumford he's pretty tall ha ha

At least if not promoted and Farke gets the door we’ll know we’ve several qualified here to apply for the vacant job <laugh>
Sniffy possibly even favourite. Could do it part time from Thailand

Well, considering we’re the highest scorer of goals in the last 15 minutes in the division, I would say Farke’s tactical subs must work more often than not and yes Gnonto should be given more playing time.

Good answer , but I feel we should have another plan if we are drawing or losing upto the 70th min.

I could get the players booked in for regular massages in Pattaya , those girls do a great job at perking your bits up , the girls would help also with tactics and give the players the old one two , only problem would be getting the players out of the massage room but would definately get them into action and those girls know how to stiffen up the back 4. LOL

Sticking perfectly to the plan.
Yes exactly that's why I put the post up about farke needs a plan B , too many teams now are sussing us out , most of them know that we bring on subs about 70th min. Also they know that messlier makes blunders , farke and the board knew we needed a goal keeper in january transfer month but did nothing about it.
I'm sick and tired of farkes excuses about players being tired coming back from far off places and only having one training session in 2 weeks , I listened to all the callers calling in to bbc radio leeds and nobody asked that farke and the hierarchy must have known 2 weeks ago they would only have 1 training session anyone with a braincell would've arranged so it would not be like that, some of these players could refuse to play in a national team at such a vital time for Leeds as it's Leeds that pay their wages but none of them have done this , I think it's selfish of players for just this vital time , they could've played for their national side after the season finishes in 7 weeks time . There should be things written into contracts that if their club needs them to not play for their national side at a vital time , then the club has the last say.
Also it's funny that other clubs have foreign players playing for them such as Sheff utd and burnley on international duty but they still end up winning.
There are also lots of goalkeepers out there, that save penalties but they don't all make so many blunders that messlier does.
