I'm going to Doncaster tomorrow ( family do) and have had a couple of bets in advance on BF.

Spirit Genie at 85 has all the gear, wind op first time, tongue tie, cheek pieces .. finished 6th in the Lincoln last year.

and in the Lincoln, I had a little bit each way Two Tempting at 55.

I live not a million away and its blown hard today and has been bright most of the week other than some overnight showers. I'm not sure where they get the soft in the good to soft from.

I was going for Naepoint in the spring mile but chickened out as Pressure's On, Ocean Of Dreams and Our Havana look too dangerous

So it's just a straight forward EW on Thunder Run at 11/2 in the big one

3.35 Doncaster. I’m going for the Oliver Show E/W.
Got some half decent form in the book and might just bag a place at good odds.

    16:00 Curragh - Camille Pissarro

Class-1 Listed race over 7f on soft ground

Wootton Bassett colt has bright chance in this affair. Ryan Moore on board for Aidan O'Brien stable.

3/1 best price on ATR site, at time of writing.

Good first turf race with Hannon's Norman's Cay just taking the spoils. Looks as if he'll need further very soon.
Surely the horse to take from the race must be Exclamation who finished 3rd. He bounded out of the stalls diagonally, ending up on his own not only at the back but also on his own on the stand's rails. He then proceeded to go in the opposite direction and was soon trailing the whole field on the far side. He then picked his way through the field and was finishing as strongly as any other horse.
If he can start properly and has learned from this race he'll be a horse worth following.

If Godwinson had come second, I wouldn't have cared much if the first one was yours, you deserve it for the right and good bloke that you are.

2nd, shame Ryan couldn't have kept the colt closer to the pace. Just failed.
