Heard something on the radio this Morning I agree with , We will qualify with ease , and would do regardless of the coach , doesn’t really matter if we win these games 3/4/5/ or 10 - Tuchel hasn’t been hired to stick ten past these types of teams, he’s been hired to make a difference against the likes of Spain and France and only really worth judging then really . Everything up until that point Isn’t worth over analysing really IMO ( and the opinion Of the person I pinched it from )
You can bet SYD will analyse the living daylights out of it. And probably come to the wrong conclusions.
Agree with that to a point, although it isn't just those teams. For years prior to 2018 we never even got as far as those teams. It isn't a given that we'll just make semis and finals every tournament now. I worry that there's an assumption that that is the case.
It was late and London is a large city to travel across, it was a school night, work in the morning…It is their business when to leave…They will have had their own reasons…
Over 10,000 tickets were unsold for this one, not the most exciting tie and Latvia only took 2,000 tickets.
Monday night too on a school night, I sort of see why- just looked really strange on the TV , thought it was a last 10 minute of a Sunderland or Leeds game ….
Never ever agreed with Lee Dixon but he said these games are a pretty useless exercise and for once I agree with him. Tonight's game North Macedonia v Wales..Live on BBC4 at 7.30 will be better game. Come on you Taffy sheep thingys.
i thought an interesting thing tuchel said was that they have 24 training sessions until the start of the world cup in 2026 shows just how actual little time international players get together
If they want more serious tougher games maybe take the Nations League serious like every other single country.
