You don't need to attend a Catholic school to celebrate the English tradition of Easter. It's not like forcing kids to go without food or water during sunlight as some sort of sick torture , which is celebrated as a good thing for English kids. An external audit showed a lack of rigour in governance, mismanagement and plain simple corruption. All those years ago, I went to a Church of England Primary School – right next door to the village church. It became an Academy in 2012. The Parish Clerk was on the board until 2021.
