Cheers. Realised that in the past I could just smash it for a few weeks and would bounce back. But this is now looking to break that habit and set long term behaviours. Working from home for the last 5 years hasn’t been the driver I thought it would be
went totally the opposite. To start I was on isolation due to health so was smashing the bike(indoor trainer) then when I was advised to mix a little I had a few issues with close passes with cars and that put me off my favorite excercise. Bad eating/snacking crept in and it just sneaks up and habits get set. I have a gym buddy now, one of my mates so gym boredom isn’t a thing either and we are basically working on the same goals. Ideal weight is 78kg and I just tipped the scales at 91kg a month ago. Steroids have a lot to answer for(prednisone)
