I make Garef right on this <ok>

Boys don't have enough positive male role models in society. We've lost loads of our youth workers and services and replaced it all with tik tok and twitter

As our own @Sucky has proved, a constant diet of Andrew Tate, Tommy Robinson and right wing conspiracy ****e on the internet turns you into a ******.

I hope that the welfare reform is set in a way to help get those who won’t work back into work. Support those who want to work but need support get back without risking a loss of benefits, finally to ensure those most in need of support are given it.

I won’t mention Richard Tice, but his recent rants have pissed me off….a tax avoiding millionaire. Tax avoidance costs the UK government (taxpayers) 100 times more than benefit ‘fraud’

Exactly. I am aware there are some people out there who COULD work and play up their conditions to live on benefits, I understand that.
But that costs us nothing compared to the CEOs with ten of millions in their banks who pay sweet f all due to tax loopholes.

Any change to disability benefits, especially when it comes to making eligibility harder or puts people under intense scrutiny is going to affect legitimately vulnerable people too. Most people with disabilities are on the older side too. Do we really want to make it harder and more taxing for 80 year old folk to claim what they are entitled to? Most of them are not computer literate and everything is done online and correspondence is sent via email, and not everyone who is elderly or disabled has someone that they can trust to handle that sort of thing for them.

Labour are supposed to be FOR the common folk and so far all they have for us is pulling winter fuel payments, cutting disabled benefits, whinging about smoking in pub gardens and people saying nasty things on Twitter (Sorry....X!).

Which raises the question, yet again, why are the political parties not going after him, why once again do they pick on the easy targets in life, and once again divide and conquer.

    While being governed by millionaires.

I clearly remember when the Tories were in power, people were saying we weren't going after the right people, and suggestions who they think we should be going after - yet all that has happened is Labour have shifted slightly right on to the same ground.

So now you have Labour just centre of right, Tories clearly right, and Reform far right....and everyone ignoring centre left...well maybe Lib Dems but they aint got a pot to piss in chance of getting in.

I don't see you calling Labour out over this, yet you clearly state what Tice is doing.

People will remember the winter fuel allowance cuts, people will remember if you make others worse off on benefits or target the vulnerable, people remember what ****s the Tories were, and then we wonder why the populist parties get in.

You know what, the last few days I've started to like Corbyn and McDonnell calling this out, some will think brb don't go there, but sometimes you have to be a **** to stop the ****s and if Kier falls on his sword he will only have himself to blame.

Labour should be going after the tax avoiders without a shadow of a doubt. If Labour allow the millionaire and corporations to win, then we will be back to some sort of coalition government in four years time and more chaos.

or even worse, a Reform government!!!
They got the votes last time in numbers, but didnt get the seats due to the way our democracy works.
People are pissed off with the Tories and if Labour go down the same path we are going to see support for Reform begin to sky rocket!

I don’t disagree with any single point you have made.

Went to edit my last post to add but thought better of it.

always want those most vulnerable supported and for those who can, pay more…..even me.

If there ever was an advert for First Past the Post, this is it. For all it's faults, it did help keep parliament from having a more extremist bent.

Indeed, but they got over 4 million votes and if the Tories bleed more votes it could be more.
I know disgruntled Labour voters are less likely to defect to Reform, but a sizeable chunk of people who voted Labour in the last election are people who sit in the middle, and who were tired of the Tories lies and BS and voted Labour.
Labour will always have their hardcore base, but all it takes is for 5-10% of the 9 or so million voters who voted for them last year to switch to reform, and if a similar amount of Tory voters do the same, thats an extra 1-1.5 million Reform votes.
With 5 and a half Million votes, 5 Reform seats could easily become 20 or more!
Labour cant afford to **** this up

Davos actually was. He was one of the only nice blokes in the whole show along with Jon Snow.
