I'm not an expert on the region but I know who Stepan Bandera is:

Lviv: The city of Lviv has a street named after Stepan Bandera, honoring his significance in Ukrainian nationalist history.

Vinnytsia: In 2022, the Vinnytsia City Council renamed a street previously named after Russian author Leo Tolstoy to Stepan Bandera Street, as part of efforts to remove Russian-linked toponyms.

Other Cities: Streets named after Stepan Bandera can also be found in cities such as Lutsk, Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Ternopil.
