Absolute beast this. The ‘special’. I asked what was on it and Bossman just said “a bit of everything”. We were in a rush for the football unfortunately so raced through about 3/4 of it but was great.

Moussaka tonight…managed to upload pics of the potatoes and fried aubergine but wont let me upload the pic of the mince meat

 

All assembled, cheese sauce made, ready to pour over it all and in oven an hour or so before munch time tonight

Korean rib of beef.

Came with Kim Chee and a pot of gravy, and lettuce cases. Had a side if Bok Choy.

Absolutely bloody delicious.
