    Crozier Street is great marra...

Also, as mentioned, Sunday dinner in the Cliff.

Also, our lass knows the couple who were on Saturday Kitchen a few weeks back, they make great stotties. Snaggey, did you follow Fells advice to add peas?

Lucky bassa... speaking of marmite, our lass puts it on top of peanut butter on toast... not that I'd recommend that as a pre-bevvy soak <cheers>

Been down the allotment for a few hours today. Digging and more digging. Warming up though a bit and will be planting soon enough. First early pots went in today, but that is it.

Love vegetables from the garden. Cabbages, turnips, parsnips, leeks, potatoes, onions, garlic, broad beans, runners, chard. All favourites in this house. Giving cauli a go this year as well, as the guru down the plot reckons they go well.

Just seeing all those veg in Snaggeys broth reminded why an aching back now is worth it.

    Can't beat fresh grown veg.
The Mrs puts spring onions, radish, garlic and leeks in the planter i made her, so much nicer than the shop bought stuff.
Garlic is stupidly easy to grow, I hadn't realised each clove would produce a bulb.
Same with tatties...if ones sprouting, I hoy it in the planter.
