Interesting qualifying - Ferrari dropping the ball a bit as ever, and McLaren looking really strong. So tight up at the top though. My favourite part was the appalling Helmut Marko saying that Bortoleto (who to my mind was always going to be the best of the rookies) was second rate, and then Bortoleto outqualifying Lawson in the Red Bull.
That was ****ing brilliant. Obviously early days, and this track was always going to suit McLaren but they are super fast. Ferrari still have work to do. Mind you anyone could win tomorrow given the forecast.
Yeah, but you never know. Regardless, some excellent progress made - 4 wins out of 5 is still very good and beating France was brilliant. Still work to do, but very encouraging signs.
Wales 14-68 England. Wales may well be a bit of a mess right now but even so 68 points in Cardiff is extraordinary.
How is that not a red card for France? Off the ball and needlessly headbutting a player whilst they're on the ground.
Rory McIlroy really scrambling around the course at the moment. Only hit 2/10 fairways, although that might have something to do with the 20mph wind. He’s playing alongside the current leader who birdied the 12th while Rory bogied it for a 2 stroke swing, putting Rory 4 behind on -9. Still plenty of chances to come.
