Regroup for next season...and each season we lose our best players and get less good players coming in...... not looking good

What can you say, we know the squad is not strong enough but will the owner think a new manager could perform a miracle in eight games

Time to regroup and see how many of our youngsters could step up next season, I would like to see how Okosun could perform in the first team maybe alongside Doumbia when he is fit again and Baah is back

I don’t think there will be a change as they saw the response last time Cleverley almost got sacked (allegedly)

FFS I have just seen the highlights, no way was that a yellow the Oxford player dived after Abankwah let go after a little tug

    Was very soft indeed.

Didn’t seem to be much of a pull really .

I don't think he should have got the first yellow either, it was just words.

Agreed. Easy for me to say from the comfort of my armchair, but - like many older players - Abankwah needs to learn to rise above the niggles from lesser players, and walk away from confrontation. Although that Oxford player who, for reasons best known to himself, seemingly tried to stick his finger up Abankwah's nose made that difficult for even the most laid-back type.

That incident put me in mind of the strangest case of provocation on a football field I've ever heard of - by Tongan Rugby League player John Hopoate in an NRL match in Townsville back in 2001. He got himself a twelve match ban for it...
