    It's 3 things

    1, square
    2, cooked in a baking tray which makes the cheese at the edges really nice
    3, the order of the topping pepperoni 1st in this case but your choice of topping then cheese, I find cubed mix of monterrey jack and mozzarella best then lines of your tomato sauce
