Must admit in real time i thought it wasn't a 2 footed challenge but more a 2 footed block of a cross when looking at the reply it does look more like it was a challenge that he pulled out of
Over the last 3 games QPR are the worst performing team in the league, with Oxford slightly better in a group who are LLD. Over the last 1 game they're solidly midtable, as are we, so it'll be a draw. City 1 United 1.
Cup finals aren't generally 3 working days after your last match. I know its happened before but maybe they changed the rules to stop teams taking advantage and you might be right but you didn’t put FACT at the end of your post so I'm not so sure
Appeal's gone in, result before Wednesday's game. Update on Joao Pedro red card at Bristol City emerges as Hull City make key decision - Hull Live
2-2. Think they’ll go in front and we’ll swing it the other way before they get a dogged last minute equaliser. It’s a game that on paper we should be winning, but they grind results out. Get stuck into them early doors and we’ll be fine.
I'd move Gelhardt up top and bring in Crooks. Could swap Joseph and Gelhardt but I feel we've got more from Gelhardt centrally and more from Joseph wide.
I've wondered along these lines too. Crooks is the obvious one to come in however you shift it around.
'Decision outcomes on the appeal include upholding, overturning, reducing, or extending the player's ban'.
As the players wandered around applauding the fans after the final whistle, Joseph was limping heavily. Hopefully not serious but could mean we'll need Burstow and Crooks up top.
Gelhardt for me up top , play to his feet , not lump it to Crooks who isn’t wick enough to pressure them
Gelhardt supposedly struggled as a solo striker for Sunderland. As a 2 I don’t mind but I think he needs help from a striking partner
Winnable, but won't be easy. Anyone know if Barry will be back for this one...City might scrape a 2-1, but could easily draw or get beat...I heard our home record is the third worst in all 4 divisions. Maybe slightly better than Carlisle and Morecambe. FFS.
