Like Bristol a lot, lots of character for a major city and absolutely ****s on places like Leeds and Manchester. Can only afford to do a day trip unfortunately but will make the most of it anyway. Hopefully we can get something, but strangely, in the weird world of City I'd be more confident if we hadn't won last night!

isn’t it strange how opinions differ…Bristol is my most hated city…mainly for the soap avoiding, scruffy residents but also the accent.
It’s horrendous. Gertlush….wtf is that all about?!!

Well I live down this way in portishead, and it pisses them off when I say they sound like farmers, with the exception of when they get angry they sound like pirates. The best come back is usually that I sound like a miner. Farmer sounding ****ers.:emoticon-0102-bigsm

Yeah love the accent too <laugh> But yes different strokes and all that. The residents can be a bit odd granted but they seem harmless enough.

See if we can have a game against them without a controversial penalty, although if it's ours in a scrappy 1-0 win I'll take it.

Very tough, they’ve had a decent season and they’ll want to break into the playoffs.

We need to get our own work done and not assume that because we beat Plymouth we’ve done the job.

I was gonna go 1-1, it’ll be a welcome point, but I can see us just turning up and chucking it because for some reason we have no consistency.

Our tails should be up but hopefully lessons learnt after the Cardiff game. Same starting 11 as last Tuesday, a point would be good, 3 even better and not out of the question.

I hope Selles doesn’t feel he needs to change it up again , Start solid and introduce more energy later .

I can see Crooks starting moving Gelhardt to the wing and putting Joseph on the bench not that I think Joseph had a bad game just think it's the only change Selles will make

The Robins are seeking a fourth win in five league games and lie seventh, outside the play-off spots on goal difference alone, going into the weekend...

    Free hit...

    Nobody get injured...
Shoot at their goal - a lot
Play well with passion and energy
Happy with a win, accept a draw...
    Other games are more winable...

    It's away though...

Post from the Bristol NOT606 board
I believe they think they're funny

Its at home but I went to Hull fifteen twenty years ago? For a 1-1 draw. We went in three limousines from the Three Lions. Arriving in Hull the locals, badly dressed locals in rags hadn't see cars before and started throwing things at the vehicles. If you know Lions types you know the Lions types would get out of the vehicles and start chasing the badly dressed locals who ran away to hide in their caves except the women who threw themselves at us.

Obviously the long term trauma impact of a long ago night out in Hull, where he/she/they were given hallucinogenic date rape drugs by a rabble of desperate Russian sailors, deprived of any human contact, the poor fool now deluding themselves to protect their damaged psyche and 'impress' their 'online' mates...
