Even just to give them a taste of the atmosphere. Name a couple of u18s on the bench. To train and warm up with the first team will give them a right buzz.

Especially as they will see how **** the first team are <laugh>

I hope Villa get Man City at home in the quarters. Would throw the competition wide open

Get in there Fulham. The FA Cup is alive and kicking, it's absolutely wide open. Man City the favourites but they aren't the unstoppable force they once were. Whoever draws City will be furious:emoticon-0140-rofl:

    Fulham v Crystal Palace
    Preston v Aston Villa
    Bournemouth v Man City
    Brighton v Forest/Ipswich

    Really interesting draw that.

Caught up on the Edinburgh derby just before. Triantis pretty impressive again. In a game (and league) where many players treat the ball like a hot potato, Triantis was assured and always looking for a forward pass. Some polishing up required but there’s definitely something there imo.

It's too easy to dismiss the standard of Scottish football ...

... some of the best players have come from Scotland and it's a competitive league, Celtic apart.

There’s plenty of very good quality footballers come from that league. Certainly good enough for the championship. From what I’ve seen, Triantis is a class above most of the players in the third placed team in the SPFL. That’s a very good sign imo.
