Your right chazz, it’s hard to fancy us with the pressure of playing at home and been favourites

Voted for a win but with heavy heart. :emoticon-0101-sadsm

We've got form ballsing up games like this, please City, not this time. We've got enough good, fit players to put out a decent side, we should be good enough to win this. I think it's down to Selles to motivate them.

I just don’t understand why selles didn’t throw the kitchen sink at it on Tuesday
    They scored on 52 minutes
Bring uncle ped on but leave Joseph with him up front
    Change the shape
    Push your full backs wider
    Anything

anyway let’s face it we need two early goals to have a chance of winning this

    Back five stays the same.

Alzate and Puerta to start. Probably Slater.

    Geldhart and Kamara out wide.

    Pedro up top.

Good job we made all those January signings innit.

My optimism has been punctured. Typical City with a draw or a defeat. Injuries racking up again, Plymouth have a poor away record. We all know City are the gift that keeps on giving.

Think this will be the game that defines the season. We have to win this. The pressure if we lose will be immense, Plymouth would go from being dead last to level with us on points.

Hopefully they put the first teamers out against Citeh and get battered.

I can’t lie I’m starting to get a bit worried

I think there’s only Gelhardt, Alzate, and Kamara occasionally, that can create that bit of quality needed to win games, asking a lot of them to carry us for the rest of the season.

Draw or away win. Gelhardt or Alzate to "win" this week's "out for the season" bingo

I think we’ve got to get into them early. We’ve shown we can start games well - if we take advantage of that by the time we drop off they could be knackered after playing at the weekend.

Go all out. Worth the risk as there’s time to recover the points if we lose anyway. Attack attack attack and get the crowd going early.

Depends what kind of performance they have at the weekend - if they get absolutely battered, they will hopefully be demoralized. If they put up a fight and lose narrowly they might be energized

Regardless - as Man City are a passing team Plymouth will need high energy to press them.

They’ll definitely be more fatigued than us.

This is what I’d go with. Jacob in for McLoughlin if the latter’s not fit, Drameh in for Coyle, Puerta replaces Matazo and Pedro and Joseph up front with Crooks and Gelhardt playing off them. Compact and narrow so we can press high and win second balls in the middle of the pitch. Jacob and Drameh to provide the width in and out of possession.
