Went to see a Smiths cover band at Polar Bear last night, they were ok but not a patch on one of the other Smiths cover bands that played in Cottingham a couple of weeks previously. The night was somewhat marred by finding i had lost my phone when i got home and the thought of the cost replacing it ! Just got a message from Daniel Mawer at Polar Bear that my phone as being found, some areas of modern society in the UK may not be quite as we would want it to be but we are in general still a high trust society.

Mike is standing, as is Anne Handley the ER leader, and Margaret Pinder (Labour) Greens and Yorkshire Party have named their candidates (but without the pomp and ceremony Nigel desires) Yes she’d do a better job than Colin Inglis (although he isn’t standing)
