There's a buzz about the Emirates? You joking right it's even more of a library than Highbury was.

Btw how much are they charging you? My mates an Arsenal fan and is going down there, for his one and only match this season, for their league match v Man Utd and it's costing him £100 just for the one ticket. Can't see them charging that much for you though.

Not a buzz support wise, it's just quite an impressive stadium to go to and there's a feeling of excitement building up when you see the magnitude of the stadium and the crowd. Obviously it would be a lot better if they opened their traps, but it's still something I'm looking forward to, certainly more than a Sunday 12:00 kickoff which would most likely have been the TV alternative. Gives me the whole day to get pissed and start gloating to my Gunner associate about how we're going to destroy them before looking like a complete dick when we get raped.

That must be the executive middle tier he's gone in. They charge between 35 and 47 quid for FA Cup Category A tickets I think, depending on which section your seat's in (we'll get both lower and upper tier sections). Obviously extortionate, but c'est le football modern.

The Emirates does have comfy chairs, maybe they're too comfy, the only noise comes from away fans who are usually stood up.

I noticed Spurs are charging £20(£5 for U16's) for their game, which is rather more reasonable.

I assume our game will be £15, it will be hard to generate much interest in a cup game against Ipswich, particularly as they probably won't play Bullard. I'd prefer them to make it £10(£1 for kids) so we get a decent turn-out, or even give a free ticket to all season ticket holders.
