Martin Jol specifically asked for Berbatov Harry Redknapp was provided with a laundry list of players he wanted Poch specifically wanted Janssen, and that's before listing the numerous players he wanted he was given Villas-Boas wanted Soldado, even when Baldini was pitching Benteke But apart from those numerous examples...that laugh at your puerile attempt at joining a discussion
Kind of agree although I quite like Bentancur although more as a squad option rather than a key player. I think Spurs are so worried about losing players on a free so they go too early with contract renewals.
Right, and then it seems the vast majority of players who were given those extensions ended up leaving on or near to a free anyway, because they weren't good enough in the first place.
As well as just being bloody wrong most of the time. No coach or manager at Spurs gets the players they want. They get some of the players they want and plenty of others they don't...often players that they have specifically told Daniel Levy that they don't want and won't use. But hey, why let a balanced reading of posts get in the way of fellating our chairman and being ridiculously unpleasant?
Probably the bloke who unironically used the phrase "fellating our chairman" and thought that would give them the moral high ground
Get thee to a nunnery! ...and if it sounds like I'm adding that to a Google Doc, along with a note saying "something like The Raid, but with nuns", you're clearly imagining it
Two things that'll convince Son to stay.... 1) Win the Europa League. 2) Bring Kane back into the squad. Job done.
