So does the first half not count, i know you are gonna say it was down to Forest being crap, but we did play well, the move for Murphy's goal was great play.
We really didn't play badly for 80 minutes, just made a bad error at the start that gave them a goal, then killed them in the first half. We got 4 in the first half and could have got more, we were rampant. Despite the second half being a drop, they still didn't make clear chances, and our defence **** them out. There were literally no one-on-ones for them. Even though we didn't score in the second half, we still had plenty of good chances in the second. Score line flattered them tbh.

Today showed for me that we still have that fragile mentality ( loser mentality). We got the win and if anyone at the start of the season said to NUFC supporters that we would be in a cup final and be 5th ( 3 points of 3rd) towards the end of Feb, we would have all taken that in an instant. However, I still think this team cant game manage and take the sting out of games. Imagine if we are 1-0 up with 15 mins to go in the cup final. Who honestly thinks we would hold out?
Its enough having to listen to the plonkers on here without having to add another 19 clubs worth on there. All good. Semi-retired back to the UK, although back in Indo on holiday atm. Trying to come to terms with doing the cleaning, washing etc as wife is full-time working and maids refused to relocate with me.
