They've won five out of the last six(from our game onwards), though we should have beaten them. Their biggest problem will be keeping hold of their better players, there seems to be a lot of interest in some of them, particularly Butterfield and Steele. And then there's our bid for Craig Davies, which I've obviously completely made up(I'm now switching from a Kilgallon obsession, to a Davies obsession, for the duration of the Christmas period)
Haven't we bid for Butterfield I've heard him and his agent have been ringing Nick non stop for weeks
That Vaz Te looks a quality player To be fair, that's 4 in 3 for him now. I think people will look back on his career and define this as his purple patch.
We'll go above them with a result tonight anyway. There problem will be keeping hold of their better players, suprised to see them doing well and they even managed to take 3 points away from Bellend Road the other week.
Seems our matches against them and Burnley have provided them both a springboard. Credit where credits due they've both put a decent run together and won at places we'd love to. Vaz Te's winner the other week was a screamer.
Just goes to show what an open league it is. before we played them...Both were struggling and got help from City to win. Its gonna be like this all season long. Barnsley home to Ipswich on satdee so another win there i guess BUT ya never know. lol.
