Did my Xrays the other week (that reminds me should really ring the Doc) prepared had my coffee thermos sarnies book I was in and out in 10 minutes!!
I will check the opening times direct with the hospital then decide, I am going on info from my Med Centre! Bloody civvies
To be fair to the NHS, when I had to have a chest X-Ray at the walk centre, I was in and out in 30 minutes - of course I put 2 hours of coins in the bloody parking meter!! grrrrr
Well good news at last Just come off the phone with the HR people and I still have a job for the next 5 and half years, little did I know that the form I signed last week stating I wish to continue with my current engagement till aged 55 was all it took Now that is a cause for celebration, damn have to wait till the weekend as I am now on nights Don't care though I think I will be able to cope
Thats really fantastic Al , really chuffed for you: I know you were sweating on it a bit Have a on me and I will join you later!!
Why I thank you for all the support! A lot of weight off my shoulders to say the least now just to shift the weight off my midriff
Thanks H but if you have dodgy knees the best way to help them is trim the weight they are supporting losing 5 kg would help me a lot!( imagine 5 bags of sugar H, I know you dont like this euro speak)
Many congrats Al - I'm with you and Norway on shifting a few pounds - it really does take the stress of the leg joints and stuff...
lol you're right, i don't. i just double the numbers ...5kg = 10lbs...it's a rough guide lol. Weight is one thing i understand, i've been struggling with it all my life lol
