    Did my Xrays the other week (that reminds me should really ring the Doc) prepared had my coffee thermos sarnies book I was in and out in 10 minutes!!

    I will check the opening times direct with the hospital then decide, I am going on info from my Med Centre! Bloody civvies <laugh>

    To be fair to the NHS, when I had to have a chest X-Ray at the walk centre, I was in and out in 30 minutes - of course I put 2 hours of coins in the bloody parking meter!! grrrrr

    Well good news at last:) Just come off the phone with the HR people and I still have a job for the next 5 and half years;), little did I know that the form I signed last week stating I wish to continue with my current engagement till aged 55 was all it took<yikes> Now that is a cause for celebration, <doh>damn have to wait till the weekend as I am now on nights:( Don't care though<laugh> I think I will be able to cope;)

    Thanks H but if you have dodgy knees the best way to help them is trim the weight they are supporting losing 5 kg would help me a lot!( imagine 5 bags of sugar H, I know you dont like this euro speak:))

    lol you're right, i don't. i just double the numbers :)...5kg = 10lbs...it's a rough guide lol. Weight is one thing i understand, i've been struggling with it all my life lol
